Tradie Tool is a product of Innowave Systems Ltd, a UK-based software company that builds job management platforms for trade and service businesses. Innowave Systems Ltd is the data controller for all personal data processed through the Tradie Tool platform.
When using Tradie Tool you may enter customer names and contact details, job records, engineer notes, photos, documents, supplier details, and staff information. This data is provided and controlled by you as the account holder. We process it solely to deliver the service to you.
Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or handle card details directly — all payment information is managed entirely within Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant systems.
