1. About Us

Tradie Tool is a product of Innowave Systems Ltd, registered in England & Wales.

2. Our Services

Tradie Tool provides a cloud-based job management platform for UK tradespeople. Features include job scheduling, invoicing, supplier and purchase management, timesheets, calendar tools, maps, AI job note rewriting, and integrations with Stripe, Xero, SendGrid, Twilio, and Microsoft Azure.

Third-party integrations are subject to the terms and availability of those providers. Tradie Tool does not guarantee the continuous availability of any third-party service.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
• All subscription payments are processed securely via Stripe. We never store card details
• Prices and plan features may change. We will notify you in advance. Changes will not apply to your current billing period
• Optional add-ons such as SMS (via Twilio) and Stripe payment processing fees are charged transparently as usage-based costs, separate from your subscription

4. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@tradietool.co.uk. Access to Tradie Tool will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if: payment is not received; the platform is misused or used in breach of UK law; or these Terms are materially breached.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date account information
• Keep login credentials secure and not share access with unauthorised persons
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to compromise the platform
• Ensure your use of Tradie Tool complies with all applicable UK laws and regulations
• Obtain appropriate consents before entering customer personal data into the platform

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design, and content within the Tradie Tool platform is the intellectual property of Innowave Systems Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during your active subscription period.

You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into Tradie Tool. We do not claim any rights over your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English law, Innowave Systems Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Tradie Tool platform. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
